Grinding electric spindle can be divided into internal grinding and external grinding. The characteristics of external grinding electric spindle are relatively low speed, and the shaft end is mostly in the form of external taper. The motor characteristic of grinding electric spindle is constant torque.
The company provides grinding electric spindle with oil mist lubrication or grease lubrication. The electric spindle adopts P4 level high-speed and high-precision angular contact ball bearing; the grease lubrication type for internal grinding adopts ceramic ball bearing, and the ceramic ball is imported original. The electric spindles are all water-cooled. The main shaft is characterized by high precision, good rigidity and strong power.
The main features of the electric spindle are: the shell and its exposed parts are made of stainless steel, and the internal parts are made of stainless steel and its corresponding heat treatment, which has good rust resistance. Compared with the same kind of spindles in the market, the actual power is relatively large. In addition to the gas seal structure, the grease lubricated electric spindle adopts other multiple sealing methods, with excellent sealing effect.
Precautions for use: according to the screw pitch, the screw thread matching the grinding wheel extension rod and the shaft is reduced by 0.15 to 0.2 compared with the major diameter.
